Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all Hygeia Health hangtags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
